to explain what YesUcan and KeepHere can do for you! I have written a
download instruction page to help
you get up and running quickly.
- Frank Smith adds 2 more
Hints and Tips to his Quilt-Pro
Series and has started a new series on Drafting
Complex blocks in Quilt-Pro. All quilting and graphic software users can
benefit by looking over the information to see the how to draw complex designs
and ideas in quilting software.
For this issue I have
reviewed Creative Impulse 2000 new
features. This 3rd generation version is an incredible tool for quilters looking
for a new and fresh approach to traditional, innovative and original quilts. Check
it out! Birte Hilberg, CI developer,
has revised her earlier article covering the new features. One of the
most interesting things found in this new version is its ability to manipulate
bitmaps images like photographs as part of the design options. One
of my favorites new CDs this fall is sure to be a favorite Christmas gift for
children from loving relatives into quiltmaking. The storybook CD, "The
Day Patchville Went Splitsville", is a delightful venture into color
mixing and ideas using a a colorful quilt theme as the backdrop of the story line.
Includes interactive lessons with great animations and print color sheets for
real world play beyond the computer. Instructional Videos included with
quilt books is something we have seen the last year, we
carry all that we can find. But this fall brings a new and BETTER DESIGN
CD to Quilt Books. This issue covers 2 new quilt books that include CDs with
the instructional videos PLUS the ability to customize coloring, print projects
and/or add text. Each books does different things, so check out the reviews for
details: - CD: (MAC & PC)
