About the Authors

Jennifer Atkinson received her M.A. in Art History from Boston University in 1983. She worked for a number of years at Clark Gallery, where she and her colleague Julie Bernson organized shows of found object and collage art. She has written book reviews for Art New England, a bimonthly publication and has been appointed curator of the Fuller Museum of Art in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Holly Harrison is a freelance writer and editor. Her first craft book, Angel Crafts: Graceful Gifts and Inspired Designs for 41 Projects, was published by Rockport in April 2002. She has also contributed to numerous magazines, including Metropolitan Home. She and her husband recently moved to Concord, MA, where she finally has a room of her own for writing and crafting.

Paula Grasdal is a printmaker and mixed-media artist living in the Seattle area. She has contributed to several other Rockport publications, including Angel Crafts: Graceful Gifts and Inspired Designs for 41 Projects, The Crafter's Project Book and Making Shadow Boxes and Shrines. Her work has been exhibited in galleries in the U.S. and Canada.
