About the Author

Janet Pittman is author, designer, editor, teacher, and art quilter. Above all, she sees herself as a graphic designer. Janet lives in West Des Moines, Iowa and has been designing quilts for 20 years. Her quilts have won several awards and been published in several books and books and magazines. In 1998 she started publishing floral quilt patterns, many which this book incorporates.
