the Author
From its modest beginnings in Tammy's basement to its current
operation in a commercial loft, Tammy Tadd Designs has always been a family
affair. Tammy draws inspiration from her quilting mother and grandmother. Tammy's
mother, Velda Grubbs, is an integral part of the business, as is her husband,
Gary. Tammy's designs have been published in several books, and featured in national
magazines, catalogs, and tradeshows. Tammy has also appeared on HGTV's "Simply
Quilts." Despite the demands of her thriving business, Tammy has
made being full-time mom to her five children her priority. The joys and blessings
of children and family are always at the heart of her life and work.
