About the AuthorConnie Rand has been a technical artist for House of White Birches quilting publications since 1991. She has a degree in Fine Arts from the Maine college of Art in Portland, Maine. She specializes in wildlife art, and her work can be found in collections across the country and in Canada. Fabric has joined pencil, ink and paint as a form of artistic expression for Connie.
