Original Bargello Heart Size Chart

Small Size: 22 1/2" x 26 1/2" before borders

  • Sew 3 stripsets
  • Cut strips 1 1/4" wide for the strip sets
  • 1/4 yards of fabric for one heart is plenty.

Medium Size: 39" x 43" before borders

  • Great for a twin size bed, if an extra border is added for length before borders are added to all four sides
  • Sew 4 stipsets...may need a 5th
  • Cut strips 2" wide for the strip sets
  • 1/3 yards of fabric is enough, not including the borders

Large Size: 53" x 60"

  • This is the original given in the instructions
  • Good for a full size bed with borders added

Extra-Large Size: 62 1/2" x 67 1/4" before borders

  • Sew 5 strip sets
  • Cut strips 2 3/4" wide for strip sets
  • 2/3 yards of each fabric is enough, not including the borders
